How to select the perfect product for your company?
Three simple rules to go by, but before you start ask yourself: is my artwork ready? Most people consider this at the very end. It should come first! From experience I can tell you that preparing the artwork creates most problems and wastes valuable time when placing an order and can even result in rush charges. See Artwork.
What do you want to accomplish?
To attract new customers, increase the size of your orders, increase the frequency of customer's orders, increase productivity of employees, employee recognition, awards, special events, trade shows, safety program, new product launch, direct-mail campaign, conference, corporate gifts, etc.
Will the product be used as a give-away, an incentive, or as a reward?
Simple enough to answer, but do you have a goal in mind? how will you track the outcome? The product needs to be useful for sure, but what is your budget? be flexible with your budget, it is your corporate image that is reflected in the product. We offer lower prices than most of our competitors, not just to save you money but more important so you can acquire a better quality product with a higher perceived value.
Who is your target audience?
Male or female, demography, employees, company executives, existing customers, re-activating old customers, etc. How will the product arrive at your intended target?
Where will your target physically be when he needs you or your services?
Your advertising product should be there as well, this is key to selecting a perfect product for you.
Rush Orders
Services available on selected products are 24 HRS, 48 HRS, 3-day service and 5-day service. Products can be shipped overnight, 2-day expedited, or simply ground. Be aware that freight charges go up with the quantity and the size of the boxes. Rush orders will incur additional charges. e.g. 24 and 48 HRS service will normally go up with 20%.
Samples
Samples of most products can be obtained at no charge, however, all samples need to be returned within 30 days in original condition it was received, otherwise you will be billed including freight charges.
Artwork
Electronic art should be send as a vector file such as Illustrator or Corel Draw, saved as EPS or AI files with all type created to outlines or converted to curves. Four colour process files should be built in a vector file with a placed 300 resolution CMYK .tif or .eps file. Our graphic department can help you with your artwork. Artwork charges are $45 per hour.
